How to Intercept "Send" function with dialogue asking what return email addr to use

Several of our member services staff have multiple e-mail addresses that
they use to correspond with our members, based on what type of
correspondence they are doing. We have templates designed that they use
with the proper "Reply To" e-mail address, which is only good when they are
initiating. We want to help ensure they are always using the correct reply
to e-mail address, and I thought if a dialogue box could pop up when they
click on the Send button, asking them which e-mail address to use as the
reply to. I would like it to list their available e-mail addresses as
choices to pick from, with it defaulting to the one they use most often. Is
this possible? Thanks
