How to interpret opmlog.log?

Hi Folks,

I can read the POP3 conversation that's embedded in this log, but there's a lot
of other stuff going on that's a total mystery.

I've googled diligently, but can't find any documentation on this log. Any
pointers would be greatly appreciated.
