How to interpret Outlook email logs?

Where can one go to figure out how to interpret the email logs that Outlook
will generate for troubleshooting purposes?

In a separate post I provided a short excerpt from such a log - hoping to
get an interpretation. Since no responses resulted I'm still needing to
interpret the results.
