Nothing, besides providing the login account the Access user will use to run
the passthrough query from Access that runs the stored procedure.

not a 100% sure about what you meant by to run the passthrough query
how to make the Access query a PassThrough one?

Using Access 2003: from the query designer with a new query, no table
selected. In the menu, select Query, then SQL Specific, then Pass-Through.

In the Query menu, select SQL Specific, then select pass-through.
Then enter the connection string or click the ellipsis button to select
an ODBC DSN
