Hi, Ilya.

I'm not sure what you mean as it is very simple. Is it such a large
document?

Just place your Entry Point at the end of each paragraph and hit "Delete"
until you have the size of paragraph you want.

Unfortunately, you can't undo line breaks (hard returns) except as above.

General formatting can be remove by going to "Format//Styles and Formatting"
and clicking on "Clear Formatting" but it will not clear the ends of you
paragraphs.

Good luck

Hi again, Ilya.

I had a brainwave which I tried and it seems to work.

Launch Word.

Go to Edit//Replace. Click on "Special". Place your entry point in the "Find
what:" box. Leave the "Replace with:" box empty.

Click on the "Special" button. Select "Paragraph Mark". The symbol ^p will
appear in the box.

"Find next//Replace".

If does what you want, click "Replace All"

If you highlight the text you want to limit the excercise to, only that area
will be corrected.

Good luck,

Ed

Hi Edward!

We seem to have come the same solution but from different sides:

Set myRange = Selection.Range
With myRange.Find
.ClearFormatting
.Replacement.ClearFormatting
.Text = vbCr
.Replacement.Text = " "
.Execute Replace:=wdReplaceAll
End With

it does exactly the same as you suggested on selection. Whenever i feel i
cannot do with human interface i come to programming one.
