Treating multiple paragraphs as one

Hello,

I have three paragraphs. The first and third are always just text. The second paragraph is either a table or a figure. How can I link these three paragraphs as one. I need the caption style to be for all.

The only idea I have is a text box that moves with text. Is there any other way?

You could apply the 'keep lines together' and 'keep with next' paragraph attribute to all three.
