How to jump to a previous slide(from where it has jumped) when thereare multiple refesrence to a sin

Dear All,
I am a newbie to the power point world. I have stuck with a problem
and let me put it for you people for a quick and easy solution.

Lets suppose I have 10 slides(numbered 1 to 10)
Now I pot a hyperlink from slide 3 to slide 9.
Also another one from slide 5 to slide 9.
As slide 9 has got some reference to slide 3 and slide 5.

Now come sthe issue.

As per my knowledge I can put hyperlink to any slide from any slide(I
normally go to right click and edit hyperlink option)

My issue here is that it would have jumped from slide no 3 or slide
number 5 to slide no 9.
I can not put a constant hyperlink in slide no 9 for the same reason
above.

Now if I would be knowing the previous slide(from where it has jumped)
dynamically I could solve the issue.. I prefer not to use programing
if possible...

Guys, do you have a solution.

I really appreciate your help.

Hi Shyju

You can add an action setting -> hyperlink to -> last slide viewed. Please
note this can only 'remember' one step. So from slide 3 you click to slide 9
then back to slide 3, but you can't go from slide 3 to slide 5 to slide 9
back to slide 5 then back to slide 3. Does that make sense?
