A person here is using the drawing tool bar to create an object (e.g. a
rectangle) in the gantt view. After creating the rectangle, he is then double
clicking on it to open the properties for the item. Selecting the "Size and
Position" tab, he is then going to the "Attach to Task" radio button, and
entering the Task ID for the task where he wants this object to reside. What
now happens, though, is that when he clicks on "ok" the object is randomly
moved to anywhere in the file and it takes a lot of searching to try and find
it and then to manually position it.
Has anyone worked with the drawing functionality? Do you experience the same
kind of behavior? If not, can you tell me how to do it so that the object
will stay anchored with the specified task?
