I am a user of OfficeXP students/teachers version, bought 2 years ago,
registered. Irrespective of which module - Outlook, Word etc - I use, the
program insists on starting a component installation routine to install -
unnamed, unknown, at least to me - "features" and does on a daily basis. This
is extremely annoying, since it obliges me to have the original CD ready
practically every single time I run my PC.
I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling Office XP ( which means
reregistering ! ) but to no avail.
Can anyone help.
