how to lable tracking bar

I would like to know how to Lable the tracking bars in the tracking gnatt
view. These are the not the standard gnatt bars on top they are the grey bars
on the bottom half of the item listed.

The gray bars displayed in the Tracking Gantt view represent the Baseline
schedule for each task in the project. Hope this helps.
