How to launch a program by clicking on a shape

I have a network map full of routers created with Visio
2002. I would like a double-click on a given device
(shape) to result in the launch of an application on my
workstation. (as if I did Start-Run-C:\application.exe)

Is this possible using Visio 2002 Professional?

How would I do it?
