How to launch hyperlink in outlook

My outlook says that "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer" it also says to contact the system administrator.
This occurs when I click on a hyperlink in an email. Will someone please tell
me how I can fix this, so that it will automatically launch in a browser. I
have Microsoft Outlook 2007.
