Hi, I set up the outlook and it works fine. While if I log in the account of
my institute email, there is nothing in there. I am wondering how to change
the settings so that I can also check email by logging in the account. it is
important to check emails using some other computers too. This is a naive

In outlook go on tools>accounts>mail>
select your account>settings>

There is a check box saying leave a copy of message on server
check it out and it will work, but the old ones won't be transfered back
