How to limit the shapes and external data sources ?

Hi,
I've created a Visio template (.vst) which opens with shapes and specific
external data. I have 2 questions on this subject:

1) Concerning the shapes : can I reserve their use to the template and
therefore prevent that those shapes can be used in another document?

2) Concerning the external data specific to this template, can we prevent
the user from integrate new sources to those already presents?
