I was wondering if outlook gives you a option to have a template setup where when poeple click on it to send it out that they can only type 100 characters. What is happening is their is a email address we email that then sends the email message as a text to company cell phones. The problem is some cell phones can't take more than 80 characters and are getting cut off. Anyway to make a template and have it limited in how many characters you can type?
