I exported Contacts from Outlook to Access. I can't seem to figure out how to
link them. Any tip would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Thanks Steve and
Tina for the help before.

Link them to WHAT?
You can create a link from within Access to your Contacts in Outlook.
Tools, Get External Data, Link, Change type to Outlook, and navigate
to the Contacts folder you want.

If that doesn't answer your question, could you give an example of
what you're trying to accomplish?

Thank You pietlinden:Thats what I needed to do.
Now I have another challenge. I only want certain fields linked to my
table in access. Outlook contacts folder has way too many fields. Way more
fields than I need. I guess the only way is to hide fields in my access data
base after I link them. Thank you for your help

Create a query based on the linked Outlook Contacts table and omit the
fields you don't want to see.

Thank You Again Pietlinden: Running a query should do it. However before I
got to that, another challenge poped up. When I link the table to the outlook
contacts folder, some of the fields are missing. The field I need is called
"categories" Do you know why it dissappears when I link the table? Thanks
again.
