You have a number of options. Probably the best option is to convert the
newsletter to PDF format, upload and link to that file. If you have Pub
2007, you can use the PDF addin or if not, then
www.primopdf.com offers a
free version. Alternatively, you can convert your print formatted newsletter

Then you would upload the web files to a subfolder on your site, and link to
it.
