Good day,

I got problem in using INLINE FRAME on my website. I put 2
inline frame in my web page, 1 frame on left as navigation
menu and the other one on right as content. I faced this
problem when I’m trying to link one of the menus on left
to display on right frame. Can someone assist me on this?

Thank you.

You would have to use a link such as:

<a
href="javascript:parent.frames.frame2.location.href='other
page.htm'">link</a>

where frame2 is the name of the other inline frame.

There are several problems with that kind of link provided.

1. The link is not updateable in the sense if you move the page then FP will not update the link.
2. Search Engines will not follow scripted links.
3. You have to change the code to change the link

To correct use the form:
<a href="otherpage.htm" onclick="parent.frames.frame2.location.href=this.href; return false;" >
