How to link to another spot on the same web page

I used a similar approach (courtesy DavidF) when I created the FAQ page for
my site. If the site links worked, I'd have a great example for you.
Unfortunately, I sit here one year later and still don't have the site
working correctly.

Goes to show you can't give up. Like gardening, programming is an example of
the power of optimism over experience.

Sorry to hear that you still haven't got your site up and running to your
satisfaction. I seem to remember discussing it extensively, but if you still
