how to link with outlook 2007, 2008 accounting exp will link..?

outlook will recognise accounting customer, however accounting will not
recognise outlook...any thoughts?

I'm not clear on exactly what's happening. You say the integration
happened, and apparently changes made in the OA Account are reflects
on the BCM Business Contact, right? But the reverse does not happen?

Please clarify.
