How to load a PDF file?

sorry, but i'm new to fp2002.. i would like to load a pdf file.. but not sure how to do that and get it to download.. any help would be appreciated...

Import it into a location inside your web. Create a link to it just like any
other file.
Publish.

simply create a hyper link to the file like any other - it will automatically
open in the user's adobe reader (if they have it).
