How to load Logo from Adobe Illustrator

I have Access 97 and Adobe illustrator 10. I can't get the logo I have in
Abode into Acesss. I'm using the unbound object frame. It goes in but way too
large. My logo is only an inch in Adobe but the object frame has it pixilated
and blown up to about 8 feet or so. Stretch-clip-Zoom don't help.

What should I do? Thanks,
