how to load Tripple layer backgrounds

I am starting my first web site on Front page and I have three backgrounds in my C drive background file I would like to ad this back ground to my site how do I layer three layers on this page?I know how to go to load one but one two layers wil load how do I get a third on top. for the tripple layer look
