I have created a company letterhead with the logo, tag line, and address
block along the left side of the page in a 2" gutter. Problem is, I want to
lock it into position so that employees who use it can't change it. I have
tried the Lock Anchor command in the Format Picture Dialogue Box under the
Layout Advanced tab but that does not keep it from moving.
