how to make a drop down menu

I'm using FrontPage 2000 and I wanted to make one of those menus that when
you hover over a line of text, a menu drops down with options you can
scroll through to view that particular page.


Is it easy to do though the menus since I don't know HTML at all?

Just be aware that many computers in use do not "drop down" those
menus when you hover over. You are better off with a clicking menu.

Huh? You mean ones with js turned off? Or are you assuming a Java menu?

I used All Web Menus Pro 4.0. I thought it was very easy to use and is a FP
add in.
