how to make a field required

Hi - I'm having trouble figuring out how to make a new field created using
the Groove Forms tool a required field. Several of the default fields for
the Task form are already required, but I can't find where to make new,
custom fields required. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Matt -

Select your field in the designer. Below the list of fields are three boxes.
The second one has the name of your field. If you select the right-most
control in the (field name) box, it will drop down and show some options
including "Required". Select that.
