You could do this with a table-level validation rule, though it's not
pretty. To create a table-level validation rule, open the table in design
view, and choose Properties from the View menu. Type your validation rule in
the Validation Rule row in the Table Properties dialog, and the message you
want to display to the user when they attempt to save a record that would
violate the rule in the Validation Text row. Here's an example using two
fields (because I'm too lazy to type one using five!
([Test1] Is Null And [Test2] Is Null) Or ([Test1] Is Not Null And [Test2] Is
Not Null)
