How to Make A Hover Link

I am trying to set my page up that when you put the mouse over the link a
list of sub-links will come up, and you can choose from those links. I am
using a template i downloaded off the internet. I hope someone can help me.

I haven't tried anything yet. If you would like an example of what I'm
talking about go to www.thepottershouse.org and put your mouse over one of
his links at the top of his page. I didn't know where to start.... I've
worked with the basic features of Front Page before but thats been a few
years ago and I've about forgot how to do the basic things so I figured I
would get some help on this issue.... Thanks greatly...
