How to make a picture round or oval?

I would like to make my picture round or oval in shape, Is there a tool that
I can use to make this happen?

Csmith,
Draw an oval. Click on the fill colors icon in the drawing toolbar, select
Fill effects -
picture tab - select picture and OK out.
