how to make a screen print

I'm not sure I understand the relation between these two needs. The
PrintScreen key copies an image of your screen to the Clipboard.
Alt+PrintScreen copies the active window or dialog. You can then paste from
the Clipboard into Word or another app. The easiest way to put four photos
on a page is in a 2x2 table.

..Thanks Suzanne. I must have forgotten about Clipboard and then I seem to
remember once things are on the clipboard I and then cascade the pictures
therefore getting 4 pictures on one page I am sure in the exam I had to
place pictures on a single screen then add to clipboard and repeat the
process with other pictures Once.I had all the Pictures on the clipboard I
then had to Cascade them and resize them .I will have a go and see how I get
on

The Office Clipboard can hold more than one selection, but the Windows
Clipboard (to which PrintScreen copies) cannot.
