How to make a stamp for filepath\filename\date

Hello:
I am trying to create a macro or something that creates a footer with the location of the file, filename and date modified. How do I do this?

You can add a FILENAME field and a DATE field to the footer. Do this by opening the footer then using Insert|Field (Word '97-2003) or Insert|QuickParts|Field (Word 2007+)
