How to make Enterprise custom fields available in MS Project Pro

Hi!
I have tried to find information on how to publish a Enterprise Global
template so I can register Enterprise Custom fields when I start a new
project. Sofar, I've failed. Does anyone know where I can find good
instructions on how I hould go along with this issue? (I have administrator
priviligies on the connected Project 2003 Server)

Hi Dale!

Thanks for responding. I've read the recommended document but I am not able
to pass #2 in the instruction "Create a New Enterprise Task Field". When I
open Tools-Enterprise Options it isn't possible to choose "Open Enterprise
global".

So, as I see it, I need to publish a mpt as a Enterprise Global template -
And how do I do that?

It sounds like you have not created a Project Server login account in
Microsoft Project Professional. You MUST do this to access enterprise
features in the software. Refer to the following link for directions to set
up your login account:
