How to make "Enterprise Task Outline Code" as Assingment field?

Dear Anyone,

I have created an Enterprise Task Outline Code name "Task Category".
There are many value inside this such as Meeting, Support, etc.
However, the Enterprise Task Outline Code I have created has a fielf type as
"Task" not "Assignment".

Does anyone know how to define Enterprise Task Outline Code as field type
"Assignment"?
