How to Make entry in Outlook calender automatically

Hello to all i have a problem can you help me out

i have to send a mail to a person
the mail have entries like Date, venue.
Using this entries i have make an entry in his outlook calender
automatically.

Can anyone suggest me how to do this...

If you want to have this functionality I suggest that you create a Meeting
Request rather than an e-mail.
