How to Make groups of shapes,Group Depends on external data.

Hi There,

I am trying to make tha groups in LAN Network,which are depends on
external data,for example Area A has 5 devices & 2 LAN card one of
them is connected with LAN in Area B' LAN/System.like this way all
information is coming from external source.According to these area
names I will have to make the groups & show the connected devices in
LAN .
