how to make moving news in publisher

I am doing the website with publisher. In my home page, i want to make the
moving news (usually it roll up automatically). Is publisher support this
technology? If yes, how to do it and is there any guide in the website? Thank
you

The faq - http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 - states that
Publisher has zero support for dynamic effects. A review of this forum would
reveal to you that dynamic effect are achieve thru javascript. Visit any
javascript web site to review what effects they have. Scripts can be added to
the publisher web page using the html code fragment dialog. (another thing on
the faq page)
