How to make project as read-only or close the project?

Hello



We are working on multiple projects and some of the projects is finished. Is
there any way to closed the finished project so other assigned resources of
these project can edit or upload any document in the project workspaces. I
dont want to delete the project.



What is best way to close the project and make the project available as
read-only, so it is visible only, is this correct stratergy?



I am using project server 2007 with MOSS 2007.
