How to make the dash-line surrounding a text box invisible?

The text inside a text box is surrounded by a fine dash-line, although the
line properties in the "Format Text Box" dialog is set to "no line". How can
I make the line invisible?

The line will not print, but if you don't want to see it, clear the check
box for "Text boundaries" on the View tab of Tools | Options (note, however,
that this will affect all text, not just text boxes).
