How to make URL link to sheet in Excel web page ???

How to make web browser link to one of individual sheets in Excel workbook
saved as web page.
Tried... http://domain/index_files/sheet004.htm
....but no luck.
Ideas ?

Sorry about the duplicate, when posted got error message that didnt get
posted, but guess the error message was in error !
