How to manually check a project back in

Is there a way to manually check a project back into
project server. I have a project that is checked out and
I cannot seem to get into it to check it back in. Thanks.

I am using Project Server 2003, In the Admin Tab select
the option Manage Enterprise Features, There is an option
on the left hand side to check a project in.
