how to manually remove 2007 Office suites from the computer

I have been unable to uninstall 2007 Office, is there a way to manually
remove the program from my system?

Everytime I attempt to remove Office 2007 from my system I receive a message
that states: "The language of this installation package is not supported by
your system."
