how to merge slides in powerpoint

Nadine

Hi there!,

I need to merge two slides which are pretty detailed. So I was wondering if
ther is any wizzard or tool that could help me, instead of re-doing the whole
thing.

Thanks!

I don't know quite what you mean by merge, but maybe this well help.
1. While viewing one of the slides you want to merge in "Normal" mode, hold
down the "ctrl" and "shift" key and at the same time press "D". This creates
a duplicate slide.
2. Go to the other slide (not the one you duplicated)
2. While viewing the other slide you want to merge, press "ctrl" and "a".
This selects everything in the slide. copy the entire slide.
3. Go back to the duplicate slide and paste everything in ("Ctrl-V").
4. Move stuff around so that it looks okay.

Hope that helps.
