How to migrate from OE5 to Outlook 2000 ?

Is there a way to migrate my mail messages from Outlook Express 5
installed on my old PC to Microsoft Outlook which runs on my new PC ?
Please help.

Yes. See http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/ for information on transferring OE
V5 on the old machine to OE V6 on the new. Once it's in OE on the new
machine you can export the messages from OE to OL.
