Can anyone suggest the "least Key-stroke" method to Updating / Publishing Time?
We have project managers with 10 to 50 projects each that can have time charged to any or all in a given week. The Update All is cool, but can we turn off the secondary prompt to "OK/Cancel" when the Project opens in Project Professional?
This is the part that hurts us as up to 50 projects grow through the process of individually being opened, we get prompted OK/Cancel and then the project is saved. Our preference would be CLICK "Update ALL" and then MSP takes over and automatically does the other steps.
Any help would be appreciated.
