I'm porting everything to a new laptop, but Outlook will only pick up mails
created after the date of installation - presumably the mails are downloaded
from the mailserver and stored on the old PC, so the mailserver is empty now.
How do I get the old mails onto the new laptop?
.... I've had a look and found an "office data file" in the outlook folder on
the old PC, but they are named differently, the new one is called "mailbox"
and the old one is called "outlook" also the icons are different, but that
could be due to the newer ver. of XP on the new laptop.(?)
If I copy & rename it will it work?
(Both PC's were installed with outlook from the same server image - so they
are identical versions 2000 sr1)
