How to move email

I have changed jobs. I have one main identity, and now 2 accounts. I successfully move the calendar events. I need help moving the emails and their folders from one account to the new account and then delete them from the old account. There are many ways. I guess just depending on which way you look at it, if you are using an email provider that uses TrueSwitch, you can use TrueSwitch to switch over all your contacts, email and etc. But, if your provider does not support TrueSwitch, you may need to contact them for information. It may be as simple as highlighting a folder on the old server and
dragging it to the new server.
