How to Move existing picuture folders into Office Picture mgr.?

I need to move multiple picture files in their folders into Office Picture
Manager. Any easy way to do this? I have been creating new folders, then
using upload multiple files to the new folder, this will take forever.

Umm, you don't "move" files into Picture Manager. You only have
shortcuts to the folders the pictures reside in. Try "File", "Locate
Pictures"
