How to open a .oft Outlook XP Template on a Mac

Dear Greater Mac Intellect,

We have generated a *.oft template using Outlook XP SP2 (Windows).
The Template is a task request.

How could Mac Office 2001/Entourage users open the *.oft template
generated on the PC…and still preserve the formatting for said
template?
