How to open and use same MS outlook file on 2+ computers simultane

I'm using outlook 2003 and trying to use multiple computers on network
simultaneously to schedule appts. and look up contacts. How can I open the
file on 2+ computers at same time without creating 2 separate files. I don't
want to have to back up 2+ separate files each time something changes in
contacts, on the calendar, etc. Any way to have the same one file and open
on all 3 computers all at once on a home network with router???

You can't. Outlook can't share its files directly. See
