How to open multiple PPT documents in separate windows.

I run a multiple monitor desktop. It makes me crazy that I can't find out
how to turn on (Open in New Window"

You can't find it because it isn't there. However, with multiple monitors, open
PowerPoint and stretch the window across both monitors. Then open two
presentations, for example. Then go to Windows > Arrange All. You'll now be
able to see both files and edit them, etc.
